L’URV
L’urv’s Factory X is committed to manufacturing products under safe, fair, and humane working conditions, such as:

• Criteria on labour rights, anti-corruption, fair and safe working conditions, no child labour, and environmental compliance
• Incorporates conventions of the international labour organisation (ILO) and principles of the united nations universal declaration of human rights
• Suppliers must comply with applicable environmental law including a system to minimize or eliminate negative impacts of its practices on the environment
• If products are manufactured in Bangladesh, suppliers are required to provide evidence that the manufacturer is a signatory to The Bangladesh Accord on Fire and Building Safety or the Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety
• Country of Origin information is requested for all cotton products to meet the requirements of the Uzbek Cotton Pledge

NO KA'OI
In recognition for the commitment to sustainability, NO KA ‘OI was awarded the Butterfly Mark by Positive Luxury. Positive Luxury evaluates the sustainability of a company in a holistic way across the following five areas: governance, philanthropy, environmental framework, social framework and innovation:

• A Social Accountability certification according to the international standard SA 8000-2014 has been awarded to NO KA ‘OI’s factory in India

MICHI
MICHI believes in conscious production and all of their leggings and bras are created with sustainable, Bluedesign approved textiles. Since 2011 MICHI has produced in a female owned factory, just outside Toronto, where employees are compensated with a living wage and given the option of flexible hours in order to support working women.

• All Michi products are "Made with Love in Canada"
• The Michi factory is located in North America, along with the majority of their customers (70-80%)
• Their carbon footprint is therefore lower than it would be if they manufactured overseas and relied on international shipping
• Michi’s factory cuts patterns strategically to minimize waste production
• Michi was founded by a female and over 90% of their employees are women
• They promote health and wellness within their company through regular fitness classes
• The majority of the Michi fabrics are 'Bluesign Approved'* (approximately 90% of their mesh and 85% of Michi’s performance fabric)
• Michi sources quality materials in order to produce a product that is made to last. They encourage their customers to buy less and wear more & don't believe in fast fashion
• The bluesign® system is the solution for a sustainable textile production. It eliminates harmful substances right from the beginning of the manufacturing process it sets and controls standards for an environmentally friendly and safe production. This not only ensures that the final textile product meets very stringent consumer safety requirements worldwide but also provides confidence to the consumer to acquire a sustainable product
