Why would I buy at Stellasstyle, what are the USP's?

What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
All the styles that we have in stock at our Warehouse are listed on the website, if it's not available then we unfortunately sold out. Many of our essential styles are replenished weekly however we do not normally receive replenishments of seasonal styles or monthly ranges. But you can always send us an email and we can check if we can still order it.

How do I use a promotional code?
You must enter the promotional code in the 'promotion code' box at the cart stage of your checkout and click 'apply'. The application of the promotion will then be visible in your cart.

Can I make a change to an existing order?
No, once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation you can not cancel or amend your order. If you wish to exchange or return your order please refer to the Terms & Condition policy.
 
How do I cancel my order?
Once you have placed and paid your order and received your order confirmation, your order can not be cancelled or amended. If you wish to exchange or return or order please refer to the Terms & Condition Policy.
 
Can I return an item?
Yes you can return your order within 25 days. Please email your return request to [email protected] or this form (download it and email it to us).

What is your shipping fee?
Within the Netherlands it's 3,95 EUR and globally it's 11 EUR (Standard price, shipping with DHL Express). The shipping is free above 75 EUR.

What is your delivery time?

For deliveries within NL we ship via Post NL (1-2 days). For European and Global deliveries we ship via DHL Express or international parcel.

Fast Delivery time with DHL Express
Place your order before 16:00 on working days and your order will be shipped the same day with DHL Express with On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service or international parcel.

• The delivery time depends on your country but within 1-2 days your order will be delivered.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a new shipping notification.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payments featured in our footnote on the home page. We also accept AfterPay for  Netherlands & Belgium orders.
