STELLASSTYLE does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

STELLASSTYLE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received payment will be refunded using the method received.

ORDERING METHOD

The STELLASSTYLE website offers on-line purchasing. Orders via phone, fax or email will not be accepted.

SHIPPING GLOBALLY

All online orders are normally dispatched via standard (signed) post service and usually arrive within 1- 10 business (depending on destination) days from dispatch.


DISPATCH OF ORDERS

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days after order confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.

Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify STELLASSTYLE as soon as possible. Please send us an email when you prefer to return an item.

PRICING

STELLASSTYLE reserves the right to change prices without notice.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Please send an email to [email protected] when you would like to return/exchange goods. As customer service is our priority we always strive to find the best solution with you for returns & exchanges.

STELLASSTYLE reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by a STELLASSTYLE's replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for faulty claims will be received within 48 hours of the garments arrival at STELLASSTYLE.

PLEASE NOTE:

a) STELLASSTYLE will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.

b) Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For refusing orders at delivery global customers are responsible for the total shipping costs (return & sending)

c) Please make sure always to have a postage receipt when returning items

d) In the event that your product is lost in transit (with a return), STELLASSTYLE will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post.

f) We ask that you allow 10 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.

g) STELLASSTYLE is not responsible for international / local VAT or other customs declaration taxes

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can not be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation. Please follow the returns and exchange process if you wish to make changes to your order.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, STELLASSTYLE N.V. reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.

STELLASSTYLE will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received payment will be refunded using the method received.
